This data is stored on your device and is not transmitted to SupportVise or any third party by the extension itself.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

PurityFilter does not collect or have access to:

• Personal information such as your name, email address, or location
• Browsing history or viewing history
• Usage statistics or analytics
• Account credentials or authentication data
• Payment information
• Device identifiers

3. How Your Data Is Used

Data stored by the extension is used solely to provide its core functionality: monitoring video playback and acting on filters you have configured. All processing takes place locally within your browser. No data is used for advertising or profiling purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

The extension itself does not send data to external servers operated by SupportVise.

If you choose to share filter configurations with others, you do so voluntarily. Shared files contain only the filter settings you created and no personal information.

If the extension offers a feature to load content from a URL you provide, your browser will make a network request to that address. Such requests are governed by the privacy practices of the destination, not this policy.

5. Browser Permissions

The extension requests certain browser permissions in order to function. Each permission is used only for its stated purpose:

• Storage — to save your filter settings locally across browser sessions.
• Tabs — to communicate with the active tab so that changes you make take effect without requiring a manual page refresh.
• Access to websites — to monitor video playback on pages you visit. This is required for the extension to function across video sites generally, not only on a fixed list of platforms.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored on your device until you choose to delete it through the extension's settings, or until you uninstall the extension. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data.

7. Children's Privacy

PurityFilter does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, the extension is suitable for use in family settings.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the extension following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
